Wrong once again obviously you know nothing of Austrian economic. We have had and will have once more free market in America and under said free market accident will always occur. The thing you lack to understand is that under your command economy the same accident can and do occur. What makes a free market more plausible is that in said market rigorous testing would prevent accident and companies have more incentive to test because if they have safer product they make more money.

In a "free market" there wont be any govt regulation to fly only safe planes (or airline) so other people would know and stop flying such airplanes (or airline) only when such airplanes crash with scores of dead. Dead people are just cost of doing business in 'free market'.
