At 16 she was on a roll when this film hit the theatres....16 going on 30...a few years later she is guessed to make about 12 million a year....her hair is brown and she's just near enterting her 20's...She was Miley Cyrus big then along came Miley....Her concerts a few year ago were just as loud and crazy.....He is just trying to grow up and create a multi facted career...Miley I am sure is watching her efforts very closely....
